Monday 15 October 2001 Arabica: New release.

There is a new source bundle available. Changes since the previous release include

• Now includes full SAX2 interfaces including namespace support and optional LexicalHandler and DeclHandler.
• Expat wrapper expanded to provide full SAX2 interface.
• SAX2 wrapper for MSXML COM component. Avoid fiddling around with COM interfaces!
• SAX1 wrapper for libxml.
• Assorted bugfixes.
• Interfaces now templated on char type, although source code is almost entirely backwards compatible with previous release.
