I've only been working with Java for 13 years, so naturally I got it wrong.

Jonathan [e] said I got it right. What have I won?

P.S. I've only been doing Java for 10.5 years. You obviously know too much. [added 21st Apr 2010]

#[linkfarm] Dragon Gate Return Announced. - Such was the feeling after the last show that Dragon Gate officials told us they wanted to come to the UK for two events, "The UK event was was the best we have held outside of Japan" was the exact wording and that was down to the immense crowd support.
Last year's show in Oxford was fantastic. Immediately on reading this I rushed downstairs to check the calendar. Now trying to think of some scheme to get to both nights.

#[linkfarm] Direct2Dell: NVIDIA GPU Update: Limited Warranty Enhancement Details - Again, the limited warranty enhancement is specific to this issue and will extend coverage by 12 months from the date the original warranty term for the laptop expires. For example, one-year warranties will be extended to 24 months for this issue only.
So they should fix it. Good.

#[linkfarm] Dell, HP Lists Reveal Defective NVIDIA Mobile GPUs - When this news broke many were curious -- which GPUs were affected and what exactly is the problem? Well the answer to the latter is relatively simple -- a number of NVIDIA mobile GPUs had extremely poor thermal tolerances thanks to defects. This leads to early chip death and faulty behaviors, such as artifacting, as chips start to fail.
Utterly missed this when it was first announced, but at least now I do what's up with my machine. Slightly disappointed that Dell didn't get in touch back when they found out about this.
