The latest Arabica source code is also available from GitHub, and I would recommend you grab the source from there. Forks and patches are welcome.

Source packages are also available from SourceForge, although they tend to lag behind rather. The most recent release was on 24 October 2010.

During development I build using Visual Studio 2012 on Windows, and using GCC on Linux (currently Ubuntu). The code should be easily portable to other platforms and compilers.
